I have worked in the HVAC industry for the past ten years in Phoenix, Arizona, primarily in the Scottsdale, Mesa, and Tempe areas. I began my career working with my father and some friends in the trades. Through that experience, I learned every aspect of the HVAC business, from AC installation and repair to furnace repair, management, dispatching, and more. I founded Ragan’s Heating & Air because I believe that consumers were being sold products and services at high rates with lowered workmanship, leading to conflicts between consumers, HVAC manufacturers, and contractors.
