The air handler was reported to have a broken drain pan, resulting in water leakage. Upon inspection, it was determined that the drain pan was indeed compromised, as evidenced by water dripping onto the bottom of the air handler instead of being contained within the pan. Standard diagnostic procedures included a thorough visual examination of the drain pan for any visible cracks or damage, which confirmed the need for replacement. The root cause of the issue was identified as a broken drain pan, necessitating the installation of a new OEM drain pan to effectively resolve the leakage problem. The repair was not completed during this service visit, and it was noted that the system remains in a state requiring further action to ensure proper functionality and prevent future water damage. Came back following day and used pan sealant on the pan, checked refrigerant pressure and found them very low. Added refrigerant. No warranty on recharge. Toilets had issue slow filling and getting stuck open minor rebuild of both the toilets
