John did a fantastic job highly recommended
My HVAC unit went out at the worst possible time. I had to shop around for estimates on a replacement. All of the companies I called were either booked up, extremely expensive or don’t work past 4pm?! I came across John doing a job for my neighbor. Not only was he reasonably priced, he went over the types of units and seer ratings he could provide, but he also found my 4 ton unit was extremely undersized for my property! All of these other so-called professionals quoted me for direct replacements without even walking my entire home! It was clear they just wanted the sale, and weren’t interested in meeting my home and families needs. John also went over indoor air quality and educated us on what we breathe in inside our home. Truthfully, John showed the honesty and respect my home and family needed, and we went with him on our Trane 5ton 18seer unit, with an extra return for the unit, a new duct to our always hot master bedroom and a Reme Halo LED for better indoor air. Our home has never been more comfortable and our electric bills have been ALOT better! Kudos to John for his hard work. Choosing Ragan’s heating & air is a no brainer! They receive my highest recommendation.
